- In order to ensure the asphalt mixture necessary for the construction of road works (seals and asphalt carpet) for the year 2023, SC Drumuri Judetene Constanta SA, as the contracting authority, intends to purchase the asphalt mixture BA 16 rul 50/70, including transport over a distanceta of 80 km, in the situation where the own station in the town of Cuza Voda, Constanta County is non-functional due to some technical defects, and the existing situation at the time requires the completion of the works in order to meet the execution deadlines. The contracting authority will respondclearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates: 18 days.
