Bistrita City Hall has the investment objective "Reconfiguration of the public transport axis: Gării str. - Decebal Boulevard - Andrei Mureșanu str. - Năsăudului str." under the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020
In 2017, the previous investment objective was promoted manfor which the investment works approval documentation (DALI) approved by Local Council Decision no. 83/24.05.2018 with planned works for the construction of an underground pedestrian passage on B-dul Decebal to ensure the flow of traffic, both for public trafficroad license as well as for public transport. Considering that this area is a commercial one and the pedestrian traffic is intense, in order to support the citizens, the Municipality of Bistrita considers it necessary that the Underground Passage be equipped with escalators in the direction of ascent on all4 accesses.
The number of days until which economic operators can request clarifications, before the deadline for submission of offers: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications and/or additional information received from economic operators,in connection with the award documentation, 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
