Description:
By purchasing the dialysis consumables described in the Annex to the Specifications, the contracting authority wishes to meet the needs identified within the hospital.
Taking into account the object of the purchase and the estimated value that exceeds the threshold of 1,042,363.00 lei without VAT in Art.7, para. 1, letter C of Law 98/2016, the Open Bidding procedure will be organized, so that it can be considered that we have a high degree of complexity.
Considering the large number of both chronic and acute dialysis patients, which is increasing, approximately 400 dialysis/month fromwithin the Satu Mare County Emergency Hospital and one machine is used on a patient for 4 hours plus 1 hour of disinfection which is necessary after each hemodialysis session, the Contracting Authority requests the winner of lot 1 to make available 10 hemodialysis machines for carrying outpart of the activity of the Dialysis Station, having the function of monitoring venous access, five devices with a double pump and 5 devices with a single pump. The winning economic operator in 1st place will provide free servicing and maintenance for the duration of 36 months.
A framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 36months. In the interval of a calendar year, it is expected that an estimated number of a minimum of 1 subsequent contract and a maximum number of 12 subsequent contracts will be concluded, the frequency of the largest subsequent contract being able to be concluded every 3 months.
