Description:
The purchase of food products is necessary for the free feeding of persons deprived of liberty.
The contracting authority will conclude framework agreements for 12 months, with a maximum of 3 economic operators according to the provisions of Law 98/2016, art. 118, para. (1), lit. a) - without restarting the compe
Considering that in the case of Lots 39 Biscuits, 40 Sunflower oil, 41 Sugar, 42 Tomato paste there is a possibility that, in the period 2023-2024, the centralized purchasing unit of the National Administration of Penitentiaries, Household and Repair Supply Baseand, to conclude, centrally, new framework agreements for the supply of these products, the framework agreements that will be concluded by the Oradea Penitentiary for the assignment of these products will be valid for 12 months, but no longer than the date of entry into force of the framework agreements that can be concluded byHousehold and Repairs Supply Base with the supply of the same products as its object.
The final stage of the electronic auction will be organized.
The contracting authority will award the framework agreements to the tenderer(s) who submitted the most advantageous offer from an economic point of view as a resultof the completion of the electronic auction stage, based on the award criterion provided in the procurement documents - the lowest price....
