- Framework agreement for the supply of food to inmates. The requested products, lot 1-25, are part of the category of food for inmates, necessary to ensure the food standards of persons deprived of their liberty. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requestsicare/additional information requested by the economic operators interested: on the 11th day before the deadline established in the notice of participation for the submission of offers considering that, according to art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, economic operators must have at least 10 days todraw up its offer in accordance with the additional requirements introduced by the response to clarifications/additional information.
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested, before the deadline for submitting offers, is 20 days.
Subsequent contracts will be awarded operationallybusinesses that are signatories of the framework agreement, according to art 117, of Law 98/2016 on public procurement.
