Description:
Framework agreement for the supply of products divided into batches, as follows:
Batch 1 - pasta, flour, semolina, rice, margarine, oil, sugar
Batch 2 - sweets, non-alcoholic drinks, various food products, canned fish
AC quantities: For each individual batch, quantitiesestimated min and maximum in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications
CS Quantities: For each individual lot, estimated min and maximum quantities in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications
For each individual lot, Quantity of the largest subsequent contract = 12 months, in confin accordance with the provisions of the Specifications
The total estimated value without VAT of the acquisition of 2,522,488.71 lei without VAT of which:
LOT 1- 1,136,124.15 lei without VAT
LOT 2- 1,386,364.56 lei without VAT
CS Frequency: monthly/quarterly/semesterly/annually or whenever necessary, as neededitatiles of the contracting authority.
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 15 days. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications/additional information received from bidders on the 11th day before the deadlinefor submission of offers in a consolidated manner.
