- The object of the contract is the "Supply of hygiene and cleaning products divided into 7 lots", necessary to ensure the hygiene of institutionalized beneficiaries within the centers/complexes of the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Botoșani and cleaningaccommodation spaces within D.G.A.S.P.C - Botoșani, as well as equipment and case armament, in the period 01.05.2023 30.04.2025. The products will be delivered to the Centers for children and centers for adults in the quantities, technical characteristics (specifications) and in the conditionscited in the Specifications. The object of the open public auction is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the period 01.05.2023-30.04.2025. 4 (four) subsequent contracts will be concluded, as follows: - Subsequent contract 1 for the period 01.05.2023 - 31.10.2023,
- Subsequent contract 2 fortru for the period 01.11.2023 - 30.04.2024, - Subsequent contract 3 for the period 01.05.2024 - 31.10.2024, - Subsequent contract 4 for the period 01.11.2024 - 30.04.2025,
, depending on the existence of the financial resources allocated for this purpose . The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 3 (three) workseconomic operators ranked in the order of the price offered, if there are three economic operators declared admitted (meeting the conditions requested according to the award documentation).
