Description:
The contracting authority wishes to purchase the Cobalt-60 radioactive source of the IRASM multipurpose irradiator is made up of several distinct individual closed sources ("source pencils") whose individual activity added together represents the total activity of the Cobalt-60 source. IRASM musti.e. to ensure the return to a manufacturer for final storage as radioactive waste, of a number of 19 individual closed sources ("source pencils") installed in 2004, before the expiry of the standard period of use (20 years) - according to the Limits of the Authorization CNCAN no. RC 877-2020. ", according to the requirements of the specifications and related documents.
Pursuant to the provisions of art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentationup to 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information addressed by economic operators, on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of offers, comfortm art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, in conjunction with art. 27 paragraph (3) of H.G. no. 395/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions.
