Description: In this procedure, the Arad Penitentiary fulfills the role of contracting authority, respectively purchaser within the contract. In order to carry out logistics activities in the field of ensuring the rights of persons deprived of liberty, in this case ensuring the distribution of hot water and steam, Arad Penitentiary starts an open tender for concluding a framework agreement for the purchase of five boilers for the thermal power plant (three boilers for hot water and two boilers for steam insurance), in accordance with Law 98/2016 on public procurement and GD 395/2016 for the approval of the methodological norms for the application of the provisions regarding the award of the public procurement contract / framework agreement of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement.
