Supply, installation, commissioning contract "Medical equipment equipped with Operator and Radiology Block" under SUSPENSIVE CLAUSE:
Suspension clause: "The procedure for awarding the public procurement contract is initiated under this suspensive clause, in the sense that the conclusion of the accountof the public procurement contract is conditional on the allocation of budget credits for this purpose, the signing of the contract being done in compliance with the provisions regarding the commitment of expenses from the budgets that fall under the legislation on public finances. Considering the disthe positions of Law 98/2016 on public procurement and H.G. no. 395/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority specifies that it will conclude the contract with the bidder declared the winner only to the extent that the funds necessary for the purchase will be secured by allocating crbudget editions for this purpose. If, regardless of the reasons, the budget credits will not be allocated, for a period of 6 months from the date of approval of the procedure report, the allocation procedure will be canceled by law, provided that there is no other source of funding, in comfortbribed with the provisions of art. 212 paragraph (1) letter c) sentence 2 of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, it being impossible to conclude the public procurement contract.
