Description:
The subject of the procurement contract is Supply of IT equipment Multimodal rooms, laptops, multifunctions, desktops, interactive packages, audio headsets, routers, licenses and HDDs. The purchase is carried out within the sub-activities A5.1, A5.3 and A5.4.
Considering the budget structureof the project, the contracting authority proposes to the bidding economic operators that the value of the financial offer does not exceed the estimated value for each budget line presented separately in this Terms of Reference, otherwise, the offer will be declared unacceptable according to art. 215(4) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent additions and amendments, because the value cannot be supplemented. The offer will be made for the entire quantity of the lot/lots, related to the contract. Partial offers are not accepted.
The deadline until which economic operators can request clarifications isu additional information regarding the award documentation is: 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests: on the 11th day before the deadline established in the Notice of Participationfor the submission of offers, as long as they are sent within the specified term.
