Description:
The construction of the new stadium began in 2009 and was completed at the end of 2011, being located on the site of the former Ion Moina stadium. Composed of two stands and two lawns, the stadium has a capacity of 30,200 seats, most of which are covered. Being built to the highest standardsde, the arena is rated as a stadium in the UEFA Elite category. The owner of the stadium is the Cluj County Council. The most important use of the arena is football matches, but the stadium can also support Olympic competitions thanks to the athletics track it has or concerts.
In this sense, the purchase is necessary for the smooth running of the current activity, thus ensuring the supply of turf, the installation and maintenance services of the playing surface and related facilities for the Cluj Arena stadium, on a permanent basis in order to maintain the field in optimal conditions, sol so as to ensure its operation at the level of the standards and norms imposed by FIFA and UEFA.
Any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information, signed with the extended electronic signature, only through SEAP, within a period of no more than 18 days inbefore the deadline for submission of offers. To the extent that the requests for clarifications or additional information were addressed within the previously stipulated term, the responses of the contracting authority will be published in SEAP 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
