Deadline for receiving requests for clarifications: interested economic operators will send requests for clarifications no later than 9 days before the deadline set for submissionof offers, according to art. 160 and 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, amended and supplemented. Deadline for response to requests for clarifications: UAT Oras Chitila will fully respond to all requests for clarifications, only once, 5 days before the set deadlineyour for submitting offers. UAT Oras Chitila will only respond to requests for clarifications sent through the SEAP intermission until the set deadline. NOTE: bidders will take into account the short term regarding the supply of equipment and their installation and commissioning, respective maximum 5 months (the duration of the supply contract will be established in accordance with the Gantt chart of the financing request, respectively the economic operators take note of the fact that the contracting authority is conditioned to conclude contracts for a shorter term depending onis the date of completion of this award procedure. The contracting authority is conditioned to apply this maximum contract execution term according to the financing contract.
