Supply of machinery, technological and functional equipment that does not require assembly and transport equipment, equipment, intangible assets related to the investment objective "Modernization of the university educational infrastructure of animal nutrition and pathology of USAMV Cluj-Napoca JUCU" - LOT 14 andLOT 15
The contracting authority wishes to purchase the following equipment within the project "Modernization of the university educational infrastructure of nutrition and animal pathology of USAMV Cluj-Napoca JUCU":
LOT 14 - Computer tomograph, accessories, heavy animal table
LOT 15 - Resonant systemmagnetic ta, permanent magnet, with accessories
The estimated total value is 10,105,000 lei without VAT, broken down as follows:
LOT 14 - Computer tomograph, accessories, heavy animal table - 5,275,000 lei without VAT
LOT 15 - Magnetic resonance system , permanent magnet, with accessories - 4,830,000 lei without VAT
Durthe duration of the contract is 14 months. The maximum delivery date is 21.12.2023 (does not include installation and commissioning)
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority established that the deadline untilat which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, is 14 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
