The object of this contract is the supply of equipment and facilitiescalled Products, in accordance with the provisions of the Contract, Specifications, Technical Proposal, with the legal provisions, approvals and technical, professional and quality standards in force, for the implementation of the project "Modernization, expansion, equipment of the Urgent Reception Unit from Str.
Marchian no. 11, Botosani Code SMIS 121833.
The total value of the purchase is 151,096.00 lei without VAT, divided into 2 lots, as follows:
Lot I Resuscitation mannequin=38,500.00 lei
Lot II -Metal furniture=112,596.00 lei
The award will be made on each lot separately at the total value offeredthat of the batch. The total price of the lot cannot exceed the
total estimated value of the respective lot,
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 16 days. To the extent that requests for clarification or additional information sunt addressed within the term established by this data sheet, namely 16 days, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/info. 10 days before the tender opening date.
