- Supply of medical equipment, including assembly and commissioning operations (11 lots) within the project "Strengthening the health crisis management capacity of the Adjud Municipal Hospital, COVID-19 support hospital" SMIS 139917
The object of the future contract is to supplypurchase of 50 medical equipment divided into 11 lots, including the ancillary services of installation, commissioning, staff training for use, maintenance and service during the warranty period of the equipment. The total estimated value of the medical equipment related to the 11 lotsi, is 2,398,000.00 lei (without VAT), the estimated value related to each individual lot being detailed both in the specifications (table no. 3) and in the procurement data sheet (chapter II. 2.6).
The technical specifications of each individual medical equipment can be found in the filetechnical specifications attached to the specifications.
In application of the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016, in conjunction with art. 103 para. (2) of GD 395/2016, the contracting authority establishes the following deadlines regarding requests for clarifications:
a) the deadline for receiving requests de clarifications: 16 days before the deadline for submission of offers;
b) the term in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all requests for clarifications: on the 11th day, before the deadline for submission of offers.
