Description:
The object of the contract is the supply of a mobile stage, according to the technical specifications of the specifications.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any economic operatorinterested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation 12 days before the deadline for submission of offers. In accordance with Art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline in which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is 6 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
