- The purpose of the public procurement is to conclude a Framework Agreement for a period of 24 months, divided into lots, for the supply of plant seeds for specific use and other materials (vegetable soil and neutral peat), necessary for the production of seasonal flowering plants in production greenhouses afwide in the administration of the contracting authority as well as for the arrangements within the green spaces under administration, in the quantities and characteristics provided in the specifications. By purchasing the seeds of plants with a specific use, the flower material produced is destinedthe creation of special floral decorations in parks and managed green spaces, which offer a dynamic chromaticity of flowers, leaves, and a textural contrast of the surfaces arranged with seasonal flowering plants with a decorative role, aiming to increase the quality of green areas as well asimproving the aesthetic factor of managed parks.
