Description: Arad Penitentiary wishes to conclude framework agreements with a maximum of four economic operators, according to the provisions of art. 114 and art. 115 para. (1) and para. (2) lit. b) of Law no. 98/2016, art. 9 para. (3), letter b) of GD 395/2016, considering that at the moment of starting the procedure the exact quantities are not known. The framework agreement and the subsequent contracts will be concluded by the contracting authority Arad Penitentiary. Contracts subsequent to the framework agreement will usually be concluded on a monthly, quarterly or half-yearly basis depending on the budgetary funds available. The subsequent contracts will be concluded with the resumption of the competition in accordance with art. 118 of Law no. 98/2016. The elements that are the object of the resumption of the competition: the price. Award criterion for establishing the economic operator to whom the subsequent contract will be awarded: the lowest price.
