Supply of products and services "Integrated front-office and back-office computer system for the simplification of administrative procedures regarding exclusive competences" in order to implement the project "Continuation of the simplification of administrative procedures at the level of the Municipality of Gherla (SMIS code: 155157)"
Providing an integrated IT system with front-office and back-office components, which allows both electronic interaction with citizens, through electronic services implemented within a dedicated web portal, as well as dedicated applications that allow the processing of first requestswithin the specialized departments of the City Hall (back-office applications). The purchase includes all hardware equipment (application server, interactive self-tax terminal), licenses for front-office and back-office modules, IT services for implementing specific functionalitiesof the integrated platform (analysis and design, installation and configuration of equipment and applications, user training), necessary for the operationalization of an integrated IT platform for complete electronic services aimed at the exclusive competences of the town hall, which respect allthe quality of the functional and technical requirements requested in the specifications (in accordance with point 3.3. The requested products and the ancillary operations that need to be carried out (implementation services) are an integral part of the award documentation.).
