Description:
Supply contract for the supply of products divided into lots, as follows:
Lot 1 - Root vegetables, beans and carrots (potatoes, dried onions, dried beans, turnips, horseradish, carrots, parsley, parsnips, black radishes, beetroot, celery and garlic).
Lot 2 - Cigrapefruits and apples (pineapples, bananas, clementines, grapefruit, kiwi, lemons, tangerines, apples, pomelo and oranges), according to the specifications.
The minimum value of the interval - 415,509.05 lei without VAT represents the estimated value of this procedure (depending on which the evatake the offers) of the contract to be concluded by 31.12.2023 for all products included in the minimum quantity requested.
The maximum value of the range - 623,340 lei without VAT represents the estimated value of this procedure which also contains the value of possible additions, respectivelyfor all products included in the maximum requested quantity related to the period of the contract until 30.04.2024, by applying the provisions of art. 165 of H.G. 395/2016. Supplementing the quantities of products is conditioned by the existence of the financial resources allocated to itdestination.
The interested economic operators will submit requests for clarification no later than 15 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers, according to art. 160 and 161 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, amended and supplemented.
