- Supply contract regarding the purchase of products - Laboratory analyzers, commissioning and training of medical personnel, the procedure will be completed by concluding a supply contract, with a validity of 6 months;
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested beforefrom date the limit for submission of offers/candidates is at least 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
Any request for clarification sentafter the mentioned date, it will make the CA unable to provide an answer and as a result it will be considered LATE.
