Supply contract regarding the purchase of products - equipmentmedical - Dental unit, Portable ultrasound with batteries/rechargeable batteries, Autoclave, Manual defibrillator with rechargeable batteries/rechargeable batteries, Portable defibrillator, semi-automatic with rechargeable batteries/rechargeable batteries, for each individual batch, the procedure will be completed by concluding a supply contract,with a validity of 2 months;
Batch 1 - Dental unit = 9 pcs
Batch 2 - Portable sonograph batteries/accumulators = 2 pcs
Batch 3 - Autoclave = 2 pcs
Batch 4 - Defibrillators
4.1 - Manual defibrillator battery/rechargeable batteries = 65 pcs
4.2 - Portable defibrillator, semi-automatic accumulator/batteriesrechargeable = 85 pcs
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates is a minimum of 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day inbefore the deadline for submission of offers.
Any request for clarification sent after the mentioned date will make the CA unable to provide an answer and as a result it will be considered LATE.
