Description:
Supply contract regarding the purchase of products - Ophthalmology and dermatology medical equipment, including transport, delivery, installation and commissioning and training of medical personnel, for 6 months, on 8 lots:
Lot 1Fundus automatic camera - 2 pcs.
Lot 2Combina ophthalmico with 3 units, with seat and table-rotating 306 degrees - 2 pcs.
Lot 3Automatic non-contact tonometer with pachymetry - LCD - 2 pcs.
Lot 4Autokeratorefractometer with LCD screen - 2 pcs.
Lot 5Complex rotating kit with frame of testing 2 pcs.
Lot 6 Optotype system with digital display and remote control - 32 INCH 2 pcs.
Batch 7Ocular computer tomography (OCT) 2 pcs.
Batch 8Dermatological laser (removal of pigment spots, moles, warts, etc.) 2 pcs., according to the requirements of the specifications, the procedure will be completed by concluding a supply contract for each individual lot, with a wave6-month qualification;
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates is a minimum of 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day beforente of the deadline for submission of offers.
Any request for clarification sent after the mentioned date, will make AC unable to provide an answer and as a result it will be considered LATE.
