Description:
Supply contract regarding the purchase of products - Ophthalmology and dermatology medical equipment, including transport, delivery, installation and commissioning and training of medical personnel.
Medical equipment - ophthalmology and dermatology will be purchased, as followsza:
1.1 Automatic camera fundus 2 pcs.
1.2 Ophthalmo combine with 3 units, with seat and table-turning 306 degrees 2 pcs.
1.3 Automatic non-contact tonometer with pachymetry LCD 2 pcs.
1.4 Autokeratorefractometer with screen LCD 2 pcs.
1.5 Complex rotating kit with test frame 2 pcs.
1.6 System optotype with digital display and remote control - 2 pcs.
1.7 Ocular computer tomography (OCT) - 2 pcs.
1.8 Dermatological/ORL laser - 2 pcs.
according to the requirements of the specification, the procedure will be completed by concluding a contract of supply, with a validity of 6 months;
Number of days panto which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates is at least 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to the requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting the offeror.
Any request for clarification sent after the mentioned date will make the AC unable to provide an answer and as a result it will be considered LATE.
Any request for clarification must be sent in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
