- The supply of quarry products, sort 40-63 mm - 13,300 tons and crushed ballast products, sort 0-63 mm - 4,500 tons, including transport, used in the activity of maintenance and repairs of forest roads, from the administration of the Bihor Forestry Directorate. The products must come fromn stable rocks unalterable by air, water or frost.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and competently to all requests for clarifications/additional information 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers. The number of days until which clarifications can be requestedis 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers. NOTE: The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that have not been addressed within the term established in Section I.3 of the Procurement Data Sheet.
