Description:
The medical analysis laboratory of the Satu Mare County Hospital wants to purchase these reagents in order to increase the accuracy, quality and speed in the professional diagnosis of all types of patients, to expand the test panel to be able to serve as many as possiblere of them, as well as for fulfilling the criteria in order to maintain the RENAR accreditation and the contract with CNAS Satu Mare.
Medical head of the laboratory, Dr. Pop Roxana, requests the start of the public procurement procedure in compliance with the allotment from the necessity report. Necessary has a number of23 lots. The tests are necessary to ensure the continuity of their performance, because they are part of the portfolio of analyzes carried out by the laboratory.
The technical specifications of each individual batch can be found in the Specifications Annex 1.
A framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 36 ituni. In the interval of a calendar year, it is expected that an estimated number of a minimum of 1 subsequent contract and a maximum number of 12 subsequent contracts will be concluded, the frequency of the largest subsequent contract being able to be concluded every 12 months. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities of the contractor subsequent contracts can be found in annex 1 of the contracting strategy.
The subsequent contracts will be concluded according to the needs of the contracting authority, the minimum and maximum quantities being estimates. The promisor-acquirer is not obliged to purchase either the minimum or the maximum quantity per pair...
