The value of the framework agreement is between a minimum of 1,626,126.00 Lei without VAT and a maximum of 2,353,612.00 Lei without VAT
Lotted as follows:
•The Lot no. 1 PCR reagents and consumables for the diagnosis of Covid-19
•Lot no. 2 PCR reagents and consumables compatible with the Bioneer system
•Batch no. 3 PCR agent identification reagents
•Batch no. 4 PCR consumables
Minimum and maximum quantities/framework agreement can be found in the manual.
Minimum and maximum quantities /subsequent contract can be found in cathe prison of the Saracens.
Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: Contracts subsequent to the framework agreement will be concluded monthly, at the beginning of each year until the approval of the Budget of revenues and expenses of SCJU Constanta and for a maximum period of 8 months after the approval of the Budgetof revenues and expenses of SCJU Constanta. The deadline by which clarifications to the award documentation can be requested: 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. In accordance with the provisions of art. 161 of law 98/2016, the contracting authority will respondclear and complete requests for clarification/additional information regarding the award documentation on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers in the participation notice.
