- Within this procedure, it is desired to purchase reagents and consumables for the own analyzers and microbiology reagents, divided into 25 lots, with the minimum technical specifications provided in Annex no. 1 to this Specification and in the estimated quantities provided in Annex no. 2 to the present Specifications.
Economic operators will bid for all the milestones and for the entire quantity (the maximum quantity of the framework agreement), related to each lot, provided in Annex 2 to the present specifications.
Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub).
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers:
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority establishes the deadline in which opeconomic operators can address requests for clarification, respectively in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows:
1. The term until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional informationis related to the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
2. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
