For the purchase of these products, the report of necessity with no. 20576/13.09.2022 and supporting note no. 20595/13.09.2022 submitted by Head of Laboratory Dr. Pop Roxana and Head of A.T.I. Dr. Morosanu Vitalie approved DFC and approved by the management of SJUSM, approved by the Board of Directorsie by Decision no. 8/09/08/2022 registered at the Administrative Council of the Satu Mare County Emergency Hospital with number 44/09/08/2022.
The reagents are necessary for the use of the equipment purchased through an open tender by SJUSM through the project with code SMIS 139426- IncreaseSJUSM's capacity to manage the COVID 19 health crisis, the devices being owned by the hospital. The medical analysis laboratory of the Satu Mare County Hospital wants to purchase these reagents in order to increase the accuracy, quality and speed in professional diagnosislist of all types of patients, the expansion of the test panel to be able to serve as many of them as possible, as well as to fulfill the criteria in order to maintain the RENAR accreditation and the contract with CNAS Satu Mare.
The technical specifications of each individual lot are regI agree in the Specifications Annex 1.
