- Supply of road bitumen 50/70 necessary for the production of asphalt mixes, according to SR EN 12591: 2009. Framework agreement with a maximum of 3 (three) economic operators, duration 48 (forty-eight) months. The value of the largest subsequent contract: 4,800,000 lei without VAT. The products will be deliveredin the town of Cuza Voda, Str. Medgidiei no. 1, Constanta County based on firm orders issued by the beneficiary. According to the requirements of the specifications, the maximum delivery time is 48 hours from the receipt of the orders. The minimum accepted term for the delivery of the subject productsof this public procurement procedure is 12 hours. The transport will be done by specialized means of the supplier under his care and at his expense. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information within 11 days from termen the limit for submission of offers. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates: 18 days.
