Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers:
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, Authoritythe Contracting Party establishes the deadline in which the economic operators can address requests for clarification, respectively in which it will respond to all requests for clarification / additional information, as follows:
1. The term until which any interested economic operator has rightThe deadline for requesting clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
2. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadlinefor submission of offers.
The deadline for responding to the clarifications was established so that the economic operators have an adequate period for analyzing the award documentation and, subsequently, for preparing the offers through the prism of the answers provided by the Contracting Authority.
The requestclarifications will be sent in editable format, in SEAP, signed with extended electronic signature.
