- The contract will be concluded with a maximum number of 5 op ec, for the supply of semi-white bread necessary to feed persons deprived of their liberty.
To determine the most advantageous offer from an economic point of view, the award criterion that will be applied is the ratio of quantity- price. The framework agreement sewill end with a maximum of 5 op. economic, the ranking will be established according to the criterion - the quantity-price ratio. Price: 40% - The weight of 40% refers to the offer of products that fully correspond to the technical specifications/specifications, at the same time constituting an important criterioncalculation algorithm: Scoring is awarded as follows: a) For the lowest of the prices, the maximum allocated score is awarded; b) For the other prices offered, the score P(n) is calculated proportionally, as follows: P(n) = (Minimum price offered / Price n) x maximum score ofshit Supply chain 30%-Scoring algorithm: - for direct deliveries (from the producer to the final consumer) the maximum score of 30 p is awarded; - for a single intermediary involved in the supply chain 20 p is granted; - for two intermediaries involved in the supply chaine - is granted 10 p. To demonstrate the evaluation factor "Supply chain" together with the offers, proof of the fact that the economic operator is the manufacturer of the respective product or the form of collaboration with the manufacturer of the product (supply contract) will be submitted in the technical proposal... - Documents :
