- Following the revisions carried out by the technical staff of the Roads and Bridges Maintenance Service during 2022, it was found that on most sections of county road, the road safety consisting of road signs is incomplete. As such, it is desired to optimize the signaling rroads by placing new signs, both in the extra-urban areas where people travel at high speed, as well as inside the towns to ensure a good normal flow of road and pedestrian traffic.
These road signs improve the safety of tra participantsfic on road areas considered dangerous, in the area of schools, kindergartens and state institutions where a lower traffic regime must be imposed to protect pedestrians crossing the county road and in areas with reduced or zero visibility.
The calculated estimated value was sestablished as follows: Minimum Framework Agreement 108,476.35 lei without VAT and Maximum Framework Agreement 7,362,149.25 lei without VAT, and Minimum Subsequent Contract 35,654.83 lei without VAT and Maximum Subsequent Contract 1,229,161.38 lei without VAT .
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para.
