Description:
Purchase of "Tangible fixed assets_IT equipment" Lot 1 "Desktop system" and Lot 2 "Laptop". These will be used for recording data, processing results, drafting reports, drafting documents: Deliverables from Progress reports, Monthly activity reports and of the implementation teamhard, centralization time, others.
The number of days until which the interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation before the deadline for submission of offers: 15 days
The contracting authority will respond clearly and comfull of all requests for clarification/additional information addressed by economic operators, the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers,
The deadline for evaluating offers is 60 working days from the date of their opening (according to art. 214 paragraph 3 of Law no.98/2016). This period can be extended, in thoroughly justified cases, by notifying the economic operators involved in the procedure within a maximum of two days from the approval of the extension decision
