Description:
The general objective of the purchase is to ensure the optimal operation of the Enel network infrastructure and to ensure the continuity of services: Support services and network equipment, in accordance with the manufacturers' policies, hardware and software support services for network equipmenttea, core, distribution and access routers and switches, Voice over IP, wireless infrastructure, proxy, firewall, access servers in order to ensure the availability of existing solutions and infrastructures and minimize downtime in case of incidents. This purchase also providesa, services and maintenance of the equipment in the Enel infrastructure, respectively the purchase of new network equipment that will replace equipment older than 6 years, because this equipment raises major operational risks that can lead to the non-functioning of the communication network andimplicitly blocking the activity of users from the respective locations.
Within this acquisition, support is requested for various existing systems within Enel, on various technologies, as well as equipment: CISCO, Fortinet, Symantec, Tiesse, Checkpoint, Zoom.
