Description:
The contracting authority intends to conclude a contract for the public purchase of products representing special surveillance vehicles with thermal imaging - pick up according to the technical specifications attached to the specifications.
The delivery term of the products is 9 months from the date of signing the accountof the act by the last party.
Pursuant to art. 221 para. (1) letter a) from Law no. 98/2016, updated, the contracting authority uses contract review clauses in the procurement procedure, as provided for in section II.2.11 - Information on options.
Authoritythe contracting party will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, only once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers, to the extent that these requests were submitted within the deadline mentioned in SECTION And, respectively19 days before the deadline for submitting offers, as follows:
- Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 19;
- Deadline for the authority to respond to requests for clarification/additional information - the 11th day;
