Expression of Interest are invited for Survey on Internal User Perceptions of the Romanian Justice System. Publication Date: 30-Nov-2022 Expression of Interest Deadline: 20-Dec-2022 The World Bank is supporting the Ministry of Justice in Romania in conducting a functional analysis of the Romanian justice sector to identify key performance and service delivery challenges and opportunities to better meet citizens needs. The Project includes a diagnostic analysis of users feedback on justice services. The World Bank intends to commission a survey of select categories of justice sector employees and service providers with an external survey firm (the Contractor). The Contractor should perform a survey on internal user perceptions regarding i.) justice sector performance; ii.) justice sector reforms; and iii.) respondents experience as justice sector workers, focusing on human resource management practices (recruitment, career management, remuneration, etc.) and the execution of public functions in the justice sector. The Contractor will also develop all survey materials, conduct a pilot, prepare a final report and presentation, and participate in relevant workshops
