Othe interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications/additional information in relation to the award documentation 22 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarificationareas/additional information regarding the award documentation on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting entity will not respond to requests for clarifications sent after the established deadline.
By purchasing cars for the PFE Sector it isincreasing the capacity of the sector structures with attributions in the implementation of projects whose financing is ensured from the funds approved by the EC through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of Romania (PNRR) Reform 1 Sustainable transport, decarbonization and road safety component Iinvestments 1 - Modernization and renewal of the railway infrastructure in a total value of 4,170 million Euros and to create the conditions for a good implementation of the projects and reaching the milestones and an efficient use of the resources approved by the program.
