Description:
The purpose of the project is the implementation of a software system for the administration of personnel and salary rights of the University of Bucharest employees and related implementation and post-implementation services. In order to achieve the implementation and good functioning of afor the payroll system, it is necessary to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 48 months.
The requested services/activities that will be carried out within the framework of the acquisition of the "System for the IT Management of Human Resources (GIRU) at the level of the University of Bucharest" will constitutethe objects of subsequent contracts, respectively:
1. Software licenses for the System as well as all basic software packages for the use of the System;
2. Implementation services (analysis, design, installation, configuration, migration, testing, training, user supervision, transfer to production)
3. Post-implementation services (System version update, corrective maintenance and technical support) will take place from the date of the final acceptance report until the date of completion of the framework agreement.
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline ofsubmission of offers: 17
days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
