- The Maritime University of ConstanΘa has as its main role in the BLOW project the monitoring of wind parameters, waves and sea currents.
"Supply - Purchase" contract according to the Specifications, under the conditions established in the legislation, norms and regulations in the field, in force.
The system/product that will be purchased will be used to create a database on the wind potential in the Dobrogea area, after the completion of the project. It will also be used in the Maritime University of ConstanΘa as teaching material within the Faculty of Engineeringeria of the Environment, to the disciplines involving acquisition and monitoring technologies and those regarding renewable/non-conventional energies.
β’ The first term in which the contracting authority will respond to the requests for clarifications regarding the content of the award documentation, addressed by the opeconomic operators: on the 18th day before the deadline for submitting offers (the deadline for submitting offers is not taken into account);
