Description:
The Supply, Management and Repairs Base will conclude framework agreements for each batch for a period of 24 months, with a single economic operator, and the awarding of subsequent contracts will be carried out by the beneficiary penitentiary units. The duration of the framework agreement can be extended, prin the agreement of will of the signatory parties, within the limit of the maximum quantities, without this duration exceeding 4 years in total.
Subsequent contracts can be concluded simultaneously with the economic operators signatories of the framework agreements for the products "Tactical vests with ballistic protection (vis bulletproof), modular suits and multifunctional vests", (lots) won, depending on the needs.
The terms in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information requested by economic operatorsand interested parties: on the 11th day before the deadline established in the notice of participation for the submission of offers considering that, according to art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, economic operators must have at least 10 days to draw up their offer in accordance with the additional requirementsintroduced by the response to clarifications/additional information.
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested, before the deadline for submission of offers, is 20 days.
