- The "North-East Region - Strategic Road Axis 1: IaΘi - Suceava" project is part of the North-East Regional Development Plan 2014-2020 (PDR North-East 2014-2020), which was approved by the North Regional Development Council -East in February 2015.
General objective of PDR North-East 2014-2020 is represented by the development in the North-East Region of a process of sustainable economic growth, favorable to the increase of economic competitiveness and social inclusion, leading to a shift in the existing gaps compared to the other regions of Romania. The project "North Region - Est - Strategic road axis 1: IaΘi - Suceava" will be carried out in partnership by UAT IaΘi County (partnership leader) and UAT Suceava County (partner), within the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020, Priority Axis 6 Improving the road infrastructure of regional and local importancela, Investment Priority 6.1 Stimulating regional mobility, by connecting secondary and tertiary nodes to the TEN T infrastructure, including multimodal nodes, signing in this regard with AM POR, Financing Contract no. 390/4.09.2017.
