General objective of the Contractof Technical Assistance Services (development of Feasibility Study/DALI, expertise, studies and assistance for purchases) within the Support project for the preparation of the portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure development projects in Ialomita County is the provision of servicesr of technical assistance for the realization of Feasibility Studies/DALI and their components, the realization of the award documentation for the procedures of design and execution of works and the purchase of equipment, as well as the elaboration of the necessary documentation for accessing European fundse for the promotion of investments in the field of water and waste water according to the priority investments identified at the level of the Ialomita County Master Plan in the period after 2020, for the successful implementation of the Project in order to achieve the global objective and the specific ones of the assumed POIMby AC through the Project Objectives Financing Contract.
The Provider will provide technical assistance during the procurement period for the successful implementation and monitoring of the Project.
