Description:
Technical design services and technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works - Renovation of the office building of the Permanent Representation of Romania to the European Union. The purpose of this contract is the provision of "Technical design and support servicestechnical supervision from the designer during the execution of the works for the project "Renovation of the office building of the PERMANENT REPRESENTATION OF ROMANIA next to the European Union - Rue Montoyer 12, Brussels", by authorized personnel, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of the legislationlocal/Belgian regulations in force. The proposed investment will be detailed at the level of the Technical Project and the Execution Details. Compliance with the quality standards of the works is essential for achieving the investment objective. The purchase of design services is essential for good implementationmentation of the activities of the aforementioned project, because through the specializations held by the Provider, the Contracting Authority will be provided with the necessary technical support until the reception at the end of the works, during the guarantee period of the works, and until the final reception, guaranteeingthus the quality of the technical project, as well as of the works.
