Description:
Technical design and execution of works for the objective: Moderate energetic renovation, modernization and furnishing of the building of the Administrative Palace of Cluj county.
1. Services:
- Designing the PT/DTAC/DDE/DTOE phase that complies, at least, with the content presented in GD no. 907/2016, elaboration of studies, docdocumentation and obtaining approvals/agreements/authorizations;
- Preparation of the program of determining phases and presentation to DGL-SCCC;
- Technical quality check of DTAC and the technical project by authorized verifiers;
- Technical assistance during the execution of the works;
- Elaboration of certificatesthe amount of energy performance at the completion of the works.
2. Works:
- Works to improve the energy performance of buildings (thermal insulation of the envelope and rehabilitation, modernization of heating/cooling, ventilation/air conditioning, domestic hot water preparation and lighting) through cthe aim is to reduce energy consumption;
- other specific works according to D.A.L.I..
The number of days until which bidders can request clarifications before the deadline for submitting bids: 9 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests forclarification/additional information on the 5th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
