- Description:
- The acquisition of the service contract for the development of the technical-economic documentation, the SF and PT phase for "Urban regeneration in the CET Zalău area", involves the implementation of an urban regeneration project, with POR 2021-2027 funding and is included in the Investment List for the year 2022 of City hall munithe Zalău castle.
The technical-economic documentation will be drawn up in accordance with the provisions of GD 907/2016 and with Design Theme no. 77715 of 29.09.2022, Specifications no. 79675 of 05.10.2022 and will be carried out in two stages:
Stage I:
- Feasibility study and general estimate, developed inin accordance with the provisions of art. 8 of HG no. 907/2016, including necessary specialist studies (topographical study covered by OCPI, geotechnical study, hydrological studies, environmental impact study/other environmental studies as appropriate, energy and lighting audit for lighting, energy audit pbetween buildings, any other necessary studies);
-Technical expertise for all works within the project that require expertise;
-Technical documentation and studies necessary to obtain the urban planning certificate, approvals/agreements/authorizations, including agreements/opinionsenvironment, the documentation for obtaining the agreements and approvals requested through the CU must be checked by authorized technical verifiers, according to GD 925/1995, art. 7 of the Regulation;
