Description:
The general objective of the framework agreement is the improvement of living conditions for citizens, by continuing and/or making large-scale investments, prior to the start of the investments, the contracting authority/authorities must contract document preparation servicestechnical-economic entities.
The Contracting Authority intends to adopt measures that will lead to the improvement of the standard of living, measures that will require extensive new objective construction works, interventions, rehabilitation, modernization and development of the infrastructure and buildings.
The worksof construction for which it is intended to acquire the services of drawing up technical-economic documentation are classified into 6 main investment directions:
• Modernization and development of urban infrastructure;
• Environmental protection and ecological management of the territory;
• Growthof the quality of living;
• "smart" solutions for the benefit of the urban community;
• Supporting the existing business environment;
• Development of urban tourism.
The object of this purchase is the signing of a Framework Agreement, which will establish the terms, conditions and framework legal, financial, technicaland administrative for the awarding of the subsequent Contracts, in order to provide the Bidders with the services described in the specification, respectively the necessary and mandatory technical-economic documentation for the realization of the investments targeted by the contracting authority.
