Technical testing services aimed at verifying the requirements and technical qualification performances for ensuring the manually activated frequency restoration reserve (RRFm) and the replacement reserve (RI), for UFR/GFR made up of generating units, within Hidroelectrica SA andtru automatically activated frequency restoration reserve (RRFa) for Iron Gates I.
Technical testing services aimed at verifying the requirements and technical qualification performance for the provision of manually activated frequency restoration reserve (RRFm) and replacement reserve (RI), for UFR/GFR consisting of generating units, within Hidroelectrica SA and for the automatically activated frequency restoration reserve (RRFa) for Iron Gates I, according to specifications no. 78092.4/19.08.2022, part of the present documentation procedures. The Contracting Entity will respondnde clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications - on the 11th day before the deadline established by the Notice of participation for the submission of offers. Only clarification requests addressed by op.ec will be answered. within the previously stated deadline, i.e. 15 days beforebefore the deadline for submitting offers.
