Description:
TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES AND RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION SERVICES FOR TEMPORARY STAFF, consist of:
1. Recruitment and selection services based on a recruitment request and within a period agreed by the purchaser / user in order to obtain the numerical and qualitative requirements whytemporary workers to meet the specific and temporary labor needs of the acquirer/user.
2. Making temporary employees available to the acquirer/user to work temporarily under the supervision and direction of the acquirer/user forthe execution of missions of a precise and temporary nature respecting the internal order regulation, the code of ethics, as well as any other internal rules of the purchaser/user that will be brought to their attention.
The contracting entity will respond clearly to all clarification requestsri or additional information on the 11th day, before the deadline established for the submission of participation requests/offers, according to art. 173 paragraph (1) of Law 99/2016, with subsequent amendments. request clarifications before the submission deadlineof participation requests/offers: 19 days.
